At Jacob Limousine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking cancellations and refunds. Please read it carefully before completing any booking.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

3. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

  • Through your Dashboard on our website (My Trips section).
  • Contact us via WhatsApp — available 24/7.
  • Send an email to info@jacoblimousine.com
  • Call us during business hours.

Note: A cancellation must be explicitly requested. Failure to use the service does not constitute an automatic cancellation.

4. Refund Processing Times

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
  • E-Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash): 3 to 7 business days.
  • Cash Payments: Refunded via bank transfer or e-wallet within 7 business days.

5. Cancellation by Jacob Limousine

In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to force majeure (severe weather, road closures, or technical issues), you will receive:
  • A full 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Or a free rescheduling to the nearest available time.
  • Priority booking for your next trip with an equivalent or better vehicle.

6. Airport Bookings & Add-on Services

  • Airport add-on services (VIP meet & greet, luggage handling, etc.) are non-refundable once activated.
  • If the entire trip is cancelled 48+ hours in advance, add-on service fees are also refunded.
  • Extra waiting hour fees are fully refundable with early cancellation.

7. Deposit (Partial Payment) Policy

  • If you cancel a booking with a deposit, the refund percentages above apply to the deposit amount only.
  • The remaining unpaid balance incurs no charges.
  • If the full amount was paid, the refund policy applies to the total paid amount.

8. Promo Codes & Discounts

  • Upon cancellation, only the amount actually paid (after discount) is refunded.
  • Used promo codes are not automatically restored — contact support to request reactivation.

9. Special Circumstances

No refund is applicable in the following cases:

  • Customer is late by more than 30 minutes without prior notice.
  • Incorrect booking details provided (wrong address, invalid phone number).
  • Refusal of the assigned vehicle despite matching the booking specifications.
  • Cancellation during the trip after the vehicle has departed.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
